Dena currently has her private practice in Boardman Ohio where she is a Certified NLP Success Coach, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Hypnotist Trainer. She is the co-author of two ‘soon to be released’ books entitled, Step into Your Best Life and 101 Great Ways to Compete in Today’s Job Market.
Dena is a member of the International Hypnosis Federation and Toastmasters International where she holds the office of Vice President of Public Relations.

Roy Thomas is President and CEO of RST Research. He has been a business entrepreneur for 20 years and interviewed highly successful people such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rosa Parks, Les Brown and many more. After having a horrific accident and being told by doctors he would never walk again, Roy has not only walked again but he has bicycled across the country three times.
With a BA/BS degree as well as being a retired U.S Army officer and national award winning sales professional Roy brings common sense wisdom to reality.

Mike Gerrick is an award winning speaker, trainer, speaking coach and entrepreneur. He’s been a member of Toastmasters International since August of 1999 and out of 25,000 contestants has been one of the top 75 speakers in the world in the Toastmasters International Speech Contest. He has provided training to fortune 500 companies such as Yellow Freight, UPS and Ryder. Mike has been a National Sales Manager for SKF Corporation, a manufacturer’s sales representative for international companies such as Champion Laboratories and Federal Mogul. Mike teaches programs on Teamwork, Creative Thinking, Leadership, Change and Speaking Like a Pro. Mike also teaches a workshop on “How to Find Your Burning Desire.”
However things were not always so good. Mike started his working career in an aluminum foundry right out of high school. After five years he quit the foundry to go to college. After only one short year of college Mike turned a summer job as a mechanics helper into nearly ten years of turning wrenches. As fate/luck would have it the company had to close because of financial difficulties so Mike changed directions and ventured into sales which has changed his destination. Two years of route sales in an old pickup truck with no radio proved to be life altering. Mike spent a lot of time with himself in that truck...in silence. There was plenty of time to think and contemplate life. With a portable tape player Mike began to listen to motivational and inspirational speakers like Dennis Waitley, Anthony Robbins and Jim Rohn. After countless books, tapes and live presentations the chains of self-doubt were broken and there would be no looking back.
Three businesses and several corporate jobs later Mike is looking to give back to those who may learn from his experience. Self-doubt has no place for those who want to succeed. You were born to be a leader because everyone is in some capacity. You have to believe in your abilities to learn and excel. Life is a process and so is success.
Mike’s mother used to tell him, “Sometimes when life presents itself, you need to listen to the voice in your heart and take a leap of faith.The landings won’t always be easy, but they will always right. Those my son are the leaps of life."
